The first thing we’ll do is explore the different areas of your life to identify where you’re feeling stuck or unhappy and clarify what it would look like if you felt more fulfilled.
We’ll explore what things you’ve already tried and what tools and strategies you already have at your disposal.
Then I’ll introduce you to new tools and strategies that have helped others to gain greater clarity, confidence, satisfaction, and joy in their lives.
Each person is unique so we’ll be sure to focus on finding what works best for you. I want my clients to be able to bring their whole selves to our sessions, which is why I strive to create an environment in sessions that is inclusive of all, regardless of age, gender, gender identity, race, health status, national origin, relationship status, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, body size, and religion.
My approach to therapy is integrative, combining a unique blend of therapeutic and wellness modalities. I adopt a holistic perspective, treating each client as a whole person rather than focusing solely on their presenting issues. The methods I use include:
Counselling with me can be short-term or long-term, always tailored to your individual needs and paced gently to suit you. You'll experience the benefits of our sessions and leave with a meaningful mental health toolkit for life.
Living Overseas?
Are you living abroad and finding it difficult to access psychotherapy with someone that you can relate to?

Although some of the issues we work on are specific to this population (cultural adjustment, homesickness, re-entry/repatriation/reverse culture shock, navigating intercultural relationships etc,) many of the topics we address in therapy are more general mental health issues such as:
I am registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work with clients all over the world.

People who are planning to move abroad and who would like help in improving their emotional resiliency, mental health and well-being to be prepared for the process.
Anyone who has returned from living abroad and and is experiencing the challenges associated with the repatriation process (a.k.a ¨reverse culture shock”).
Professionals who travel frequently and are unable to attend regular in-person sessions.
